Politics and Restrictions

Any reservation must require a valid debit or credit card issue by any bank with country office in Costa Rica.

The credit or debit card used on the reservation, must be register under the name of the person who makes the reservation, the signature of the voucher is required at front in the entry.

A full payment of penalty will apply in case of any cancellation by who makes the reservation, total amount will be charge under the debit or credit card used for the reservation about it.

No partial tickets cancelation are allowed, client must pay for the total amount of the request entries during the reservation process.

Just only when the show it’s cancelled, we will get in contact with the person in charge of the reservation to refund the total amount took it from the debit or credit card used in the reservation.

With the reservation request, we will keep the request number of entries until the beginning of the show, with the concept who paid first, entries will be assigned first, after the show start, we don’t take responsibility for places need it during the reservation.

Every show it’s only for 18 or more years old, under 18 person will must be in companion with the parents, unless show doesn’t allow them to staying inside.

People under 18 years old, require a full ticket payment during the reservation process as a regular ticket.
